Founded in 1998 by Dr. Norbert Myslinski, the International Brain Bee inspires students worldwide to study neuroscience through a three-tiered competition system. Students compete locally, then nationally, with winners advancing to the IBB World Championship.

The competition challenges students across three segments:

• General Science - Comprehensive knowledge across physics, chemistry, biology, and earth sciences
• Neuroscience - Specialized focus on brain function and cognitive science
• IQ Challenges - Logical reasoning and pattern recognition

In collaboration with the International Astronomical Search Collaboration (IASC), a leading citizen science program, we bring proven methodologies in analytical thinking and scientific discovery to Brain Bee Bangladesh.

This partnership enhances our competition format by incorporating rigorous proctoring standards, transparent scoring mechanisms, and international recognition platforms. Together, we create an environment where students can compete fairly while developing critical thinking skills essential for 21st-century scientific careers.
