Participant Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Comply with all instructions provided during the competition
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout all rounds
  • Refrain from using unauthorized aids, AI tools, or external assistance
  • Respect the decisions of the judging panel and organizing committee

Organizing Committee Rights

  • Modify schedules, rules, or event details if necessary to ensure smooth execution
  • Disqualify participants who violate competition rules or exhibit misconduct
  • Use participant information for official communications, recognition, and media coverage
  • Reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances

Code of Conduct

  • All participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
  • Participants must follow proctoring rules during online examinations
  • Any violation of rules may result in immediate disqualification
  • Participation implies consent to official communications and media coverage related to the event
